How do I return/refund or exchange an item?

Returns and refunds
To make a return, ship your item(s) to the address below. Please include your order number to ensure a quick refund. Including the original packing slip is preferred.

Items must be returned in new condition in their original packaging to receive a refund. After we receive your items we will issue a refund to the original payment method. No return authorization code is required. Simply send the item(s) back. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Please read our return and refund policy for full details.

Exchanges
Items cannot be exchanged. If you'd like a different item please return the item using the instructions above and place a new order.

Wrong item or missing item
If the wrong item has been sent or your order is missing an item please let us know using the resend form here. We will send a replacement as soon as possible.

Damaged in transit
For items damaged in transit we will resend the item if notified within 15 days of the item being marked as delivered by the carrier. Please provide a description of the damaged item(s) using our resend request form here.

Lost in transit
If you have not received your package and it has been marked as delivered by the carrier it is often simply misplaced. Please check with neighbors, other residents and the shipping carrier to locate your order. After 10 days have passed from delivery and your order has not been found, please request the items to be resend using the resend form here.
